Geo Caching

Geo Caching is the "New Age" Treasure hunt by GPS, Dan loves to go searching for them. We have friends that have found up to a thousand Geo Caches. When you find one, you sign your name and date it in the log book, if you take out a trinket you must replace it with one of yours. If you find a travel bug, a special trinket , you can take with you and hide it somewhere else.

Heading thru California in October

Dan and I stopped at 3 Thousand Trails parks in California that we had never been to before on our way home to Yuma. We loved the Lake of the Springs! Beautiful lake, great bike riding areas and Geo caching areas outside the park and the wildlife of Deer & Wild Turkeys coming close to the RV was so cool!
